Ik ben ilona Tigelaar en bijna dertig jaar, en moeder van drie prachtige jongens. mijn oudste zoon van 7 heeft adhd en pdd-nos en mijn tweede zoon is drie heeft adhd. onse baby lijkt adhd vrij. hij is de enige in huis die rustig is. Ik wordt zelf binnenkort ook getest op adhd. ik merk aan mezelf dat ik het ook heb. Het zou wel heel veel verklaren. Ik ben zo blij dat er nu over gesproken kan worden. vroeger werd je gewoon gestoord verklaard. onhandelbaar. gelukkig ben ik nu 7 jaar getrouwd met een lieve man met geduld. we hebben samen heel veel geleerd van onse kids. elke dag leren we nog van hun. ook hebben we slechte dagen dat we het even moeilijk vinden. maar we moeten positief blijven. Ik ben zeer benieuwd hoe mijn test zal gaan. Ik hoop dat jullie dit kunnen vertalen. Mijn engels is toch niet zo goed.

I'am a single disabled mother,I'am living on SSI & Survivors beneifite,My son and i live in what we call a hole in the ground,actually it's a one tiny bedroom basement house,it does have a small loft upstairs ,where i sleep,you are unable to stand up straight up there,because whoever built or added the loft didn't intend for it to be used for a bedroom or really anything except maybe storage,but that is where i must sleep,on a couch because a bed does not fit up there,The whole house measures 24ft.wide and 27ft.long.I watch your show all the time,and i see how much you care about families,and homes they are forced to live in because it's all they can afford,low-income people,and people who have homes but there to small or falling apart,need additions or repairs,I'm one of those people who needs your help,who needs a real home built on her property,over the basement house somehow,my son and i have been living in this hole in the ground(BASEMENTHOUSE)for 5 years my disability is getting worse and my son is to tall for his bed ,but the little bed he has is all that fits in his small room,there are no closets in this house,there's no washer or dryer to use because there's no place to put one,So for the past 5 years i've had to do our laundry in kitchen sink,because it cost to much to take them to a decent laundry mat ,which this town does not have,I quess you would have to see how were living,to understand why i'm begging you for help. "PLEASE HELP US HAVE A REAL HOME AND SOON".

I watch extreme home make over tvice a day and you and your team are such an inspiration for me. I love your shows. It's wonderfull how you help thouse people.

I can only agree, you must be earthangels.

Keep doing it. And you know, what you are doing for others comes so many times back to you.

Actually i think it does everytime. We can see how touched you are and happy you are, that you can do this for familyes in needs.

I would like to talk to you about your bloodlline.  I am a Pennington by birth born in Savannah,Ga.  My sister and I are curious to see if you are related to us, just out of curiosity.

My ex-husband, Robert Thomas Bruton and my 23 year old son, Robert Alton Bruton look soooo much like you ....even have the ADD signals...hyperactive!!!!  They are both very artistic, good with their hands, mechanically inclined....electrically inclined (if there is such a thing).  My son has even has acting stints under his belt and was actually great.  My question is ....could there be a possible "blood" line relationship between my son and you?  Although it's not your job to find out, is there any way my son could meet you or even work for you for free...or simply visit your set when he's in town??????  My ex-husband thinks you are a 2nd cousin or something....but I don't trust him.  Nevertheless, there can't be that many blonde haired, blue eyed, Brutons in the U.S.......can there be????  Im 4a7 years old and developed  a gut, female instinct about this when I saw your biography on the E Channel.  Take care.....

 I am from England and I watch your show i think what you do for other people is wonder full but i wonder if any one has done any thing wonderful for you?

I would love to meet Ty Pennington because he has been such an inspiration in my life.

His show has shown me that anything is possible if your passionate about it.  The love and compassion he shows for the people arond him is just amazing.  the world would be s better place if there were more people like him.
